RETURN POLICY

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE; RETURNS:

We appreciate your business, and your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply complete the form on the back of the original invoice and return it together with the product in new condition within 30 days of your order and we will gladly give you a refund or a replacement. Items shipped according to our free freight policy will be assessed a 15% restocking fee upon return. Items showing signs of use are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Thereafter, please contact the product manufacturer with any warranty claims. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. Please return all product packaging and all the packing materials. Refunds will be issued, and replacement items will ship to you, once we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the same debit or credit-card used for the initial purchase. Credits will be applied to the customer's account as per customer credit-card agreement. Refunds for check or gift-card transactions will be issued by gift-card or check. Returns for any items shipped by freight carrier must be arranged through our customer-service department. Service charges and shipping charges are not refundable. It is responsibility of the customer to pay all return shipping charges. Personalized, monogrammed, or custom items; vaccines; drop-shipped items; live traps; firearms and ammunition; softwear or electronic media, including CD's and DVD's , once the product packaging is open; and items showing signs of abuse cannot be returned for any reason.

VACCINES:

Vaccines must be kept cool in order to ensure that they will be potent. We ship vaccines in insulated bags with cold packs, and we generally ship vaccines at the first of the week to prevent the package from being in transit over a weekend. We recommend overnight or two-day shipping at an extra charge. Upon request, we can ship your vaccines in an extra-insulated cooler, at an extra charge. You bear all risks of vaccines being delayed, improperly handled, or damaged after being shipped to you. Once you receive your vaccines, please refrigerate immediately and keep them refrigerated until you use them. We are prohibited by law in certain states from shipping Rabies vaccinations to customers; in those states, you must obtain Rabies vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. You should always obtain proper veterinary advice when purchasing and using animal-health products and you should always strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
